Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the ludo platform. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, sending offensive messages, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.
All financial transactions on the ludo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and processed through secure payment gateways. Ludo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations, without prior notice. If a balance exists prior to account closure, an attempt will be made to return it subject to verification; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Applicable provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure. ludo may take action on long-inactive accounts in accordance with its specific policies. The ludo platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ludo accepts limited liability for damages caused by technical errors, server outages, or third parties. ludo will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or the user's own negligence. ludo is not obligated to provide compensation if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, ludo is always committed to ensuring the highest quality of service and strives to resolve any issues promptly. Users bear full responsibility for their gaming decisions and their outcomes. In the case of financial loss, ludo's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
